I teach teenagers how to grow the foundations for a purposeful, happy future with a toolbox of strategies to support a life well-lived. Together, we focus on the things that make them happy; we build their self-worth and resilience and shape what their time at school, and beyond, looks like.

1:1 Mentoring

Tailored mentoring sessions provide young people with the space and tools to connect with their emotions, recognise their patterns, and explore practical ways to build self-compassion and trust in who they are and what they need to live fulfilling and joyful lives.

Group Mentoring

Relationships are the foundation of a fulfilling and successful life. The Self-Compassion Club builds connection through shared experiences, community and friendship, and develops the skills and awareness that your teen needs to flourish. In my sessions, teens build agency, self-compassion and discover hope and curiosity.

Workshops

Tailored workshops to support your teenager’s needs. From menstrual cycle awareness to the ‘how-to’ study skills that aren’t taught at school, Lotty provides guidance in the parts of life that are too often forgotten about.

Exam Preparation

With 8 years as a secondary school English teacher in London and across the UK, Lotty creates bespoke sessions that support your child through their Common Entrance, English GCSEs, A Level, and next steps for University.

A caring, holistic approach

Lotty has worked in secondary education in Central London, rural Devon, and abroad. She is trained as a Trauma-Informed practitioner, yoga teacher and Teach First teacher. She combines a toolbox of action-based strategies, mindfulness and practical guidance that support the young people she works with develop foundational tools for life: resilience, adaptability, self-worth, nervous-system-regulation, and study skills.

Working with Lotty earlier this year was genuinely life-changing for me.
